Dear Doctor:
Thank you for participating in the American Academy of Optometry (AAO) Ellerbrock Continuing Education Program held November 11-14, 2009 in Orlando Florida. The University of Houston College of Optometry (UHCO) has been contracted by the AAO to grade and process exams for the attendees wishing to earn Continuing Education with Examination Credit. On this web page you will find the following items:
- EXAMS for those course designated and approved for CEE Credit
- ANSWER SHEET
- PAYMENT FORM
To receive Continuing Education with Examination Credit:
Click on the EXAMS you wish to complete. Review the questions and select the best
answer to each question. To earn CEE Credit, you must pass the exam with a grade
of 70% or better. If your score is below 70% you will be notified and have the
opportunity to re-take the exam.
- Print out and fill-in an ANSWER SHEET for each exam.
- Print out and complete the PAYMENT FORM.
- Fax or mail your ANSWER SHEETS AND PAYMENT FORM to:

Certificates of Completion will be issued approximately 7-10 business days after your exam is received by the CE Office for grading. The UHCO Continuing Education Office will be closed for the semester break from December 23rd through January 3rd. All exams received during the break will be graded after January 3, 2010. ALL EXAMS MUST BE RECEIVED BY JANUARY 15TH TO RECEIVE CEE CREDIT. Hours will be reported to the AAO for submission to ARBO and Florida CE Broker.
